Relic offers carbon neutral shipping with compostable mailers. Customers can expect to receive their delivery within 2-7 days of purchasing. For all US orders over $99, we offer free shipping!
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and checkout cart. On average, shipping varies between $4 - $8. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $99.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Some of our favorite customers are from Japan, Australia, Canada, and Europe!
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
We will happily accept returns/exchanges as long as the products are in their original condition. To inquire about making a return, you can email: general.relic@gmail.com.
A refund request can be submitted within a month (30 days) after the purchase is made.
If the refund is made within our 30 day refund period, you will be refunded for the full cost of the item. Shipping and Tax are not refundable.
