SCREEN PRINTER
Relic is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Screen Printer. While experience is a plus, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and a willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure high-quality prints and contribute to our ongoing growth. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Screen Printer Job Details
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various apparel items.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand and execute print designs accurately.
- Maintain and troubleshoot screen printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies for screen printing operations.
- Help with screen creation and breakdown, along with other dark room procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Support our impact-driven projects and initiatives, aligning with our brand values.
- A Keen Eye: Must be able to notice subtle quality differences and a good ability to visualize distances.
- Patience: Screen printing involves a lot of troubleshooting, which takes time and patience.
- Handiness: You often have to adjust and calibrate presses and equipment.
- Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
SHOP HAND
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shop Hand. We value the ability to solve problems independently, be trustworthy, and always be open to learning and growing. Prior experience is not required. The ideal candidate will assist in checking garments and folding finished products. You will play a crucial role in supporting our production and ensuring smooth daily operations. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
