Relic’s Coastal Collaborative is a grassroots initiative aimed at reducing litter and marine debris along Long Island’s shorelines. By offering 100% recycled plastic cleanup baskets at popular beaches, we empower the community to help care for these treasured coastal spaces.

This program is made possible through partnerships with local businesses, dedicated residents, and town governments who work together to expand access to essential cleanup tools and resources across the East End.

Eastern Environmental Solutions, based in Manorville, has been a trusted environmental contractor on Long Island for over 20 years. Offering services ranging from emergency spill response and tank removal to vacuum truck services and soil remediation, their work is vital in protecting our natural resources and public health.

In February 2021, Eastern Environmental expanded its mission of environmental protection to the shoreline by sponsoring a beach cleanup station at Cedar Beach (Main/East) in Mount Sinai. Their continued support ensures visitors to this family-friendly North Shore destination have easy access to cleanup baskets to help reduce marine debris.

Eastern has long demonstrated a commitment to responsible environmental practices, not only through its licensed remediation and contracting services but also through active partnerships supporting community conservation. Whether providing dumpsters and trash removal services for beach cleanups, deploying a crew to clean up a fuel spill, or supporting local initiatives like the Coastal Collaborative, they lead with care, urgency, expertise, and dedication.

Staying true to their mission, Eastern Environmental Solutions continues to be a model for how professional environmental services and public engagement can work hand in hand. Their dedication to providing innovative solutions for today's environmental concerns and their support of a cleanup station at Cedar Beach reflect a belief that clean water and healthy ecosystems benefit us all — and that stewardship starts with action.
